The report is for information and does not constitute a medical diagnosis. If an adjustment is not appropriate for you, the team will explain the alternatives before proceeding.
AFTER YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your personalised care plan will include the follow-up chiropractic adjustments agreed with you. Subsequent sessions cost extra; this will be explained before you purchase the plan.

What is chiropractic?
Chiropractic focuses on the musculoskeletal system, particularly the spine, and uses manual techniques, including joint adjustments.
At Chiropractic First Barcelona, we offer an individual approach focused on mobility and wellbeing. Chiropractic care does not replace medical attention when it is needed.
What is a chiropractic adjustment?
It is a manual technique that applies a controlled movement to a joint with the aim of improving its mobility. Some techniques use a quick, small-amplitude movement; others use instruments or specific mechanisms built into the adjustment table.
The choice depends on your individual assessment. Before proceeding, we will explain the proposed technique, its potential benefits, risks and alternatives, and ask for your consent.
Does an adjustment have to make a cracking sound?
No. Some techniques may produce a sound associated with pressure changes inside the joint. A sound is not necessary and does not, on its own, demonstrate that the adjustment has been effective.
Which everyday habits can we discuss?
During your visit, we can discuss your physical activity, work breaks, rest and everyday demands to help you identify habits related to your mobility and wellbeing.
How do I book my first visit?

What does the first visit include?
An initial conversation and non-diagnostic chiropractic assessment, a postural and functional review, a first adjustment if appropriate for you, a postural report with an explanation, and a personalised care proposal. It is a private, one-to-one, 90-minute visit. The total price is €90.
Does the €90 include follow-up sessions?
No. The €90 covers the first visit and the services listed. Follow-up adjustments will form part of the plan agreed with you and cost extra. We will explain the price and terms before you decide to purchase it.
Is an adjustment always performed at the first visit?
Your first adjustment is included when the assessment indicates it is appropriate and you have given your consent. If it is not appropriate, the practitioner will explain why and guide you on the next steps.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Contact the clinic at least 24 hours in advance by WhatsApp or telephone. Our team will help you reschedule.
Should I bring previous reports?
If you have relevant reports or test results, mention them when booking. Do not arrange new tests yourself for this visit.
Does chiropractic care replace medical attention?
No. Chiropractic care does not replace a medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment. If you need medical attention, please consult the appropriate healthcare professional.
